A total of 54 Affordable dwellings will help to address the unmet needs of Reigate and Banstead residents… providing a mixture of 1,2 & 3-bed dwellings of Social Rent and Shared Equity in Perpetuity.
The scheme will provide employment opportunities during the construction phase and post development the new residents will provide ongoing support to local businesses.
The market dwellings will focus on providing opportunities for younger families and those wishing to downsize and remain in the area.
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is raised on all new development and could raise in the region of £1.5m. These contributions deliver improvements to highways, transport, education, flooding, cycleways, healthcare, open space and emergency services.
New Public Open Space is provided on-site. Ongoing Council Tax receipts will provide substantial ongoing funding for local services.
