Paul Hunt Investments (Banstead) Ltd is seeking the opinions of residents to a proposed residential development on land at Hengest Farm, Woodmansterne Lane.

The development will provide up to 120-dwellings, with 45% of the total being dedicated Affordable Housing for local residents.

The Affordability Ratio (Ave Income vs Ave House Prices) for Reigate and Banstead has risen from 5.7x in 2000 to 12.77x annual income today.

This remains one of the highest ratios in the southeast and nearly double the average for England.
